Why is YRE360 on
my statement?
YRE360 LLC builds and operates online products, and acts as the merchant of record for purchases made on them. If you bought from one of our products, the charge comes from us. Here's how to read it, and what to do if something looks wrong.
How our charges appear
Every charge from a YRE360 product appears on your card statement as
YRE360* followed by the name of the product you purchased,
for example, YRE360* PRODUCTNAME. The product name on the descriptor matches the
product site where you made the purchase, and your email receipt shows the same details.
As our products launch, this page lists each active descriptor and the product site it belongs to, so you can always connect a charge to the purchase behind it.
Don't recognize a charge?
- Check the descriptor and date against your receipts. The product name after
YRE360*usually answers it. Shared cards are the most common explanation: a family member or colleague may have made the purchase. - Use the contact form and choose Billing. Include the full descriptor, the charge date and amount, and (if you know it) the email address used for the purchase.
- We respond within one business day. If the charge was made in error or without authorization, we refund it. See our Refund Policy.
You always have the right to dispute a charge with your bank, but emailing us first is almost always faster: refunds we issue settle in days, while bank disputes often take weeks.
How your payment details are handled
Payments are processed by our payment processor. YRE360 never receives or stores your full card number. We see only what's needed to manage the purchase: your name, email, the product, the amount, and limited card metadata such as the last four digits.
