These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yre360.com (the “Site”), operated by YRE360 LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (“YRE360,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Products have their own terms. YRE360 builds and operates software and hardware products that live on their own websites under their own names. Each product presents its own terms of service at sign-up or checkout. Those product terms govern your use of that product; these Terms govern this Site and anything not covered by a product’s terms. If they conflict, the product terms control for that product.

Using this Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data at scale, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited messages.

Purchases and billing

Where YRE360 LLC is the merchant of record for a product purchase, charges appear on card statements as YRE360* followed by a product identifier. Prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are presented at checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any product-specific refund terms presented at purchase. Payment processing is provided by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and the YRE360 name and mark) are owned by YRE360 LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to view the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites, including the sites of products we operate and services we use. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YRE360 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability relating to a specific product is governed by that product’s terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where the law does not permit a limitation, it does not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YRE360 LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and material changes will be noted prominently. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and YRE360 LLC regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
